Sourcing the Best Coffee from Brazil

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, we source specialty green coffee beans from over 25 sustainable Brazilian farms. Each year, we visit key regions like Cerrado Mineiro, Mantiqueira, and Espírito Santo to ensure quality and maintain strong relationships with growers. Brazil’s coffee harvest occurs from May to September, with shipments arriving 3-4 months later.

From Brazil’s Coffee Heartlands: The Roots of Southland Merchants and Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

Brazil boasts 35 coffee-growing regions across the country, with 14 of them recognized for Geographical Indication (GI) status, each offering unique and distinct flavors. Among these, we primarily source our coffees from the South, especially from Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, which are renowned for their rich and complex profiles.

We place great importance on our long-term relationships with growers, ensuring the quality and authenticity of our coffees while supporting sustainable practices.
